Huzzah! A super fun time of year as come again! Now that the apples on our trees are ripe (actually just the big one at the moment), whenever I feel like it I can just go out and pick myself an apple. :D It's awesome, especially since they're pretty tasty. This will also mean all sorts of apple goodies in the near future. Goodies such as apple pies, apple sauce (excellent; infinitely better than store bought stuff), apple muffins, apple oatmeal cookies (one of which I may just go grab right now :D), and likely other apple things I'm not thinking of. In short, this is all pretty fantastic. What's best is our second largest apple tree gets ripe a bit later than our largest one, so our apple supply will be around for a while yet. Also, one of trees that usually has somewhere between three to zero apples has a good many this year. :) Anyway, just thought I'd share my excitement. ;)

Wow, I personally love apple trees. And apple sauce is stupendous as well!
My mom usually makes homemade applesauce every year but I forget where we acquire the apples. huh. Strange. X\
lol Well, for apple sauce the apples themselves probably don't make a terribly large difference so long as they're ripe. I mean, considering the amount of sugar that goes into the stuff. . . .hehe

That is splendid and VERY exciting-i'm all excited now just from reading about it!!!! I do so love apples and of course anything to do with them....hmmm apples sound good now...

I don't eat apples. I like the taste, but the sound they make when I eat them drives me nuts.
