*Sigh*

It's snowing again today. It really is such a bother, because I can't go anywhere when it's snowing, but I still have to waste large portions of time shoveling. I'm just hoping it doesn't pile up too much. I really don't want to have to do a lot of "heavy lifting" type shoveling, or have to use the snow blower. It's nice, but you have to go over everything again with a shovel to get everything, which is obnoxious. There's also a rather stiff north wind blowing which doesn't help either. It's 24 degrees out, but the wind is coming in at about 12mph, so like I said, it still feels quite cold; and it's a penetrating cold! All in all, it's not very nice out at the moment, and I'm really sick of shoveling. Everything else about winter is great (particularly the temperature since I hate the intense summer sun). But, the laws of physics have remained unchanged, despite the weather. Therefore, I will go experiment on those laws in yet another useless lab for my physics class. :P

lol Did you happen to go outside at all last night? It was so incredibly beautiful!! I wanted to stand out in it all day - it was that awesome. =)

I had to dig my car out today. That was fun. =) No, really. It was fun. I liked it. Hehe. You should try to find someone to play in the snow with. It's makes it better. =) For that matter, so should I.

I didn't. Too bad from the sounds of it.

lol Well, okay. You have fun with that. I should try to find someone. I don't think it'll happen though. I don't know anyone nearby, and my group of friends tends to prefer indoor type things. You know, the sort of people who think sledding after dark is too dangerous (sorry if any of you people are reading this. hehe). Though I must admit that I'm especially resentful at the moment since I have many inches of heavy snow to shovel, and the bloody snow-blower won't start. Grrrrr

Bloody snow-blower? Light! You HAVE been reading WoT again. ;) lol

I sorta made my roommates get into a snowball fight with me on the way back to the dorm after dinner. =D Otherwise, I wouldn't have gotten to play in it either. :( Sledding in the dark sounds amazing!! :D Crazy, fearful people. . .

I'm sorry you have to shovel. :( I would do it for you, but I can't.

Let the record show that I am always up for a good sledding in the dark! :) The way I see it, bones knit fast, and life is long!

Actually Carpenter, I hate to burst your bubble and all, but life is rather short and if one breaks a bone you often have to wear a cast for around six months. ;) However, on sledding hills, the chances of dying or breaking bones is rather slim, so yeah, at least there's one other adventurous person around. :D Elicia, I would include you, but you're not really around, so. . .;)

You said yourself that age is relative just the other day. For me, since I am young compared to an average human, I look at my future life as long.

Varda said...

Does it count for anything that I wish I were around? lol

Long and short/old and young are relative terms. Age itself, isn't.

Heirron said...

Hmm, well yeah. The average human life is pretty short, though at this point it still feels like there's a lot to go.

It probably relates to how depressed you're feeling. ;)

The number of earth years one has been alive isn't relative, but if you ask me, I'll tell you that I think whether or not someone is old or young is relative to how long they live. I generally hold this position because it confuses people in a very amusing way. :)

I now declare this blog a waste of my time to check. You have lost me as a subscriber.
